NEW MOVIE! An Introduction to Mechanisms in Organic Chemistry
I’ve made a new video staring a talking test tube on helium!
It covers the use of curly arrows and the mechanism for the electophilic addition of ethene using hydrogen bromide.
You can find it below or on the right.
Cheers

Dear all
please print off the
Organic Nomenclature 1- worksheet
and have a go at completing the table. It IS a bit of a challenge- but I think you’re up to it.
Then please bring it along to Wednesday’s lesson
Cheers

I’ve started this blog primarily to help support my Year 12 chemists.
What appears here will be aimed at giving them resources to review, to embellish their learning, and to practice the areas they are studying.
Anyone else is more than welcome to use what is here and to suggest additions and improvements.
Cheers
Tony
